Dumpling House

is a temporary structure holding a simple kitchen in which visitors can make and eat filled dumplings while interacting with each other, farmers, and the landscape that sustains them. Participants learn a foodcraft that is culturally-specific yet universal, while considering their own role in food systems and traditions. (Emily Stover with Molly Balcom Raleigh)
