Growing Arts Ecosystems: Mankato, MN

A strategic plan isn’t just a document; we believe it can be an experience that informs an organization while demonstrating its mission to the community it serves. Our vision for the Twin Rivers Council for the Arts strategic planning process was to create a set of interactive activities that generates interest, support, and actionable data that will identify partners, opportunities, and ongoing models for better serving Mankato and its arts community. Through remote workshops, surveys, and in-person conversations, we developed a both a plan with clear action items and a process for our  partner to better engage the community they serve.
